Teacher Training

Сделала карточки для прилагательных.
Adjectives

На Teacher Training своим преподавателям стала их давать. Которая в середине:
- So this guy is Steve Jobs and look, everybody liked his presentation, so his presentation was...?
- Interesting!
- Yes! Steve Jobs' presentations are very interesting! And the opposite of interesting is...?
- Boring!
Cool, we got that. A few minutes later I'm drilling it again:
- what's that?
- Boring!
- Yeah! And what's the opposite of boring?
- Steve Jobs!

Жгут!!! :)

Приходите ко мне на Teacher Training - открываю еще одну группу!
Всё будет практическое, интересное, всякое, и сертификаты от своей компании о завершении курса дам!

Steve Jobs is kinda dead...

[identity profile] kacho.livejournal.com 2015-03-16 11:52 pm (UTC)(link)
And? Does it make his presentations any less interesting?

[identity profile] sie-will-es.livejournal.com 2015-03-17 01:12 am (UTC)(link)
Just for the sake of accuracy :)

Erm... what kind of accuracy exactly are we talking about?.. I'm lost.

Factual, in fact :) But never mind, using a celebrity always adds a nice touch even though mentioning dead ones in the present tense might not sit well with some of the students

Wait, I don't get it.
He's dead, but his presentations were, are and will be interesting.
What do you mean by "mentioning dead ones in present tense"?
His presentations were filmed, people liked (and still like) them.
I'm not sure what you're targeting here.

Oh, ok. Personally I think, people will remember him as long as their iPad or iPhone lasts :)

[identity profile] kacho.livejournal.com 2015-03-21 01:02 pm (UTC)(link)
That's a different story. It doesn't affect his presentations quality, right? :)

No idea. I am pretty sceptic about Apple products :)
